Air Quality & Wildfire Map ("the app") shows real-time air quality and wildfire smoke conditions based on your location. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.
Account Information: None. The app has no sign-up, login, or user accounts of any kind.
Location: The app uses your device's location to fetch current air quality and nearby wildfire data for where you are. Your coordinates are sent directly to the third-party data providers below to retrieve results — they are not sent to, or stored on, any server we operate, because we don't operate one.
App Preferences: Your sensitivity profile, notification settings, and last known location are stored only in local storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
The app fetches air quality and wildfire data directly from public data providers, including AirNow (U.S. EPA), Open-Meteo, and NASA FIRMS. Your location coordinates are sent to these services as part of each request so they can return results for that location. No account or persistent identifier is attached to these requests.
All app preferences and cached data are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a server or database, so we never receive or retain yo deletes all locally stored data.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or any o data that leaves your device is the location sent to the data providers listed above, solely to return air quality and wildfire results for that location.<
If you use the companion Apple Watch app, air quality data syncs directly between your iPhone and paired watch using Apple's on-device WatchConnectivoes not pass through our servers or any third party.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address
and display name. This is used to identify you within your household group. Household Data: Chore assignments, completion history, expense
records, and balances you enter are stored in the cloud so your roommates can see them.
This is core to how the app works. The app uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Firebase may collect
